Private and duet sessions are taught on professional Pilates equipment, including Reformers, Cadillac, Tower, Chair, and a variety of supportive props. Sessions are customized to your goals and body, whether you're building strength, improving posture, or simply making time for yourself.

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely—like leggings, a fitted t-shirt or tank, and socks (grip socks preferred).

Private and duet sessions are typically 50 minutes. Group mat classes may vary slightly in length, but most are also around 50 minutes.
